    Food was excellent, kids meals were very generous. The venue is comfortable and clean and the service was friendly.

    A party of 40 rocked up... hostess had phoned earlier that day. There was no table ready for us.
    We waited ages to be served and have our order taken.

    I had the Chicken parmigiana, it's was hot and fresh as were the chips.

    Unfortunately Gluten free meal was contaminated with croutons. LAURA the assistant manager was extremely apologetic. I've had a bad reaction. Not the way we thought our anniversary dinner would go. Laura was very good and we did not have to pay for our meal. I'm sure the staff member will read his dockets more carefully in future. Allergies are extremely serious.

    Compared to years ago. The food is now fantastic. Remodelled lounge area is also good. Staff well trained.

    Went to the Brook for husbands birthday with our daughter son in law & two granddaughters. Lovely friendly & attentive staff. Food & service was very good. Loved how there was colouring for the girls to keep them occupied & they enjoyed doing their “masterpieces”.
    The manageress who served us was very friendly & helpful even came running after us through the car park to give back a necklace one of the girls left at the table.
    Thank you for a most enjoyable night we will definitely be back.
