We waited ages to be served and have our order taken.

LAURA the assistant manager was extremely apologetic. I've had a bad reaction. Not the way we thought our anniversary dinner would go. Laura was very good and we did not have to pay for our meal. I'm sure the staff member will read his dockets more carefully in future. Allergies are extremely serious.

- Lynn Burbage Added January 26, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Went to the Brook for husbands birthday with our daughter son in law & two granddaughters. Lovely friendly & attentive staff. Food & service was very good. Loved how there was colouring for the girls to keep them occupied & they enjoyed doing their “masterpieces”.
The manageress who served us was very friendly & helpful even came running after us through the car park to give back a necklace one of the girls left at the table.
Thank you for a most enjoyable night we will definitely be back.
